New 4.0-star Review: New Century Maids provided very good service. They were courteous, prompt and professional. My only complaint is the vacuum cleaner they brought (for which I paid a disinfecting fee) broke 3/4 of the way through the cleaning, so several areas rugs were not vacuumed.

First of all, when you call in or email to request a quote, NCM are the fastest to respond to my request. They had good availability to help us clean the house and get it ready for sale. On the day of cleaning, the girls came before their scheduled arrival and were getting ready in the car. They were polite and professional. Cleaning is done well and fast. Will definitely come back to NCM again for future cleaning needs. Very dependable and reasonably priced! Shout to Isabelle for great customer service :)
