Restocked on Shrubs from @fermentumfoods . Some new flavours like Cucumber Mint, Blueberry Lemon, Mango Ginger, along with the regular flavours. So what’s a Shrub you ask? They are a combination of fruit, various vinegars, herbs and a bit of cane sugar. They originated in colonial times when freezing fruit to preserve was not even a thought. Instead they would preserve with vinegar and then drink the juice! Just like all good things they have made it back! Perfect in salad dressings, marinades, drinks and good for your gut!
