I don’t seem to have much time for hobbies - but recently challenged myself to learn tissue culture. After over a hundred failures I am pleased to reveal my first success. This Philodendron Pastazanum callus culture is potentially the seed for thousands of plants.

Our new "year round???" greenhouse is now open to the public - 9-12pm on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays! Stocked up with houseplants and tropicals.

Every once an awhile you find a super deal on kijiji. Here is a 28 foot tall sugar maple, dug with a tree spade at the perfect time of year for transplanting for 75 bucks! I'll take it - should add another dimension to the landscape.

As the day ends we would like to thank all those who came to our store, roadside stands or farmers markets to support us! We had a great season and can’t wait to see everyone in the spring!

Sadly, as a result of 5 inches of rain in the past 10 days we will have to cancel Sundays Q42 Pumpkin Modulator show. It is now just a swamp out there where we are set up. Thanks to everyone who came out to see it - looking forward to 2020 season already!

Hayrides will be cancelled this weekend as the trail is wrecked due to weather. The pumpkin cannon will still be going off at noon, 2 and 4!
