Neighborhood Handyman

As weather is starting to get a little nicer everyone is looking to setup their little slice to enjoy. This was moved from one location to another. The playset was already built so needed to be dismantled and moved to a different house and rebuilt. A few hiccups along the way but we got it and it's ready for new little feet to run up and down on! If you need any help setting up your new structures give me a ring.

Before this kitchen was lovely in itself, beautiful wood cabinets. However now it's even better, bright, bold and beautiful, a nice clean look for an update. The cabinet doors were painted instead of replaced as they are real wood, along with all the frames. New hinges installed to fix any issues with some of the old hardware. Brand new smart outlets, and outlets in the gables installed. Undermount cabinet lighting, valance and trim. A new faucet with all the plumbing renewed. Makes the space look brighter and more open. A lovely couple needed a little help making their home elderly safe. I custom built this gate to fit their staircase. A lot of wait time on this job for glue and stain to dry. I have one more coat of stain but it fits beautifully. I'm happy with the no visible screws and the color matching nicely with exiting stair rails. It locks as well to ensure no one falls down.

Kitchen Reno!! Out with the old dated dark colors and in with the bright crisp white and grey, what a difference. This project was a nice one with a few different angles of work. Installed new pot lights and undermount lighting to brighten up the space. Installed new light switches to match the color scheme and new smart outlets. Had brand new kitchen cabinet doors and a clean white countertop installed. Painted all the cupboards, doors and side panels, and added a valance. With the new countertop and unmount sink installed a new faucet was definitely needed and a fresh coat of paint for the ceiling. What a difference it makes. Need a door upgrade?

This was a little different and interesting one, a door in a hallway leading from one room into a nook/office space. Clients ordered the door and I installed, it needed a little extra framing work but a nice quiet place to get some work done in these interesting times with lots of work-from-home and virtual schooling. Added the doors to the frame, hinges and locks, cleaned up the look with trim around the doors and who could tell there ever wasn't a door!
