Rebuild of a deck. As it touches the ground, we used Ipe and stainless steel screws for about a third of the structure. The rest is pressure treated.

Prep is so important. I am a details person. Popped screws and poorly done trim carpentry by others have to disappear.

An old chimney chase. As the ceiling was to be painted I decided to make it disappear. Epoxy, spackle and careful carving of the v- joint did the trick.
