COVID Protocols With the increase in the number of cases as of late, we just wanted to take a minute to remind everyone of our COVID Protocols: - Please wear a mask and sanitize when entering the office - Please limit to one customer at a time in the office. If you can wait in your vehicle for the person ahead of you to finish up, that is much appreciated for everyone's safety... - Anyone that can drop off your vehicle for your apt and pick up later is encouraged to do so to limit the number of customers waiting at a time - We will be asking for phone numbers when making apts in case contact tracing is ever necessary - We will be wearing masks and sanitizing between customers - We are limiting our apts to one per hour to try to cut back on the number of people at the shop at one time - Employees only in the work area please NS has proven to be strong and diligent, and I know we will get through this current wave together as well! Thank you for following protocols keeping everyone's safety in mind! We appreciate each and every one of you!

Remembrance Day was first observed in 1919 throughout the British Commonwealth. It was originally called Armistice Day to commemorate armistice agreement that ended the First World War on Monday, November 11, 1918, at 11 a.m.on the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month. Let us remember and honour the brave men and women who have given and continue to give their lives to protect our freedom. #remembranceday #CanadaRemembers #canada #thankyou

This past week in NS has been an extremely difficult one. With the unimaginable tragedy that struck our province, the sadness is felt far and wide. With each day, and as more information is released, the connections run deeper. Our heart felt condolences goes out to all the victims families, our friends, our customers, and our fellow Nova Scotians who are feeling this tremendous loss. Be kind to yourselves, be kind to one another, we will get through this together <3
To Our Valued Customers: In response to the COVID 19 Pandemic, we want to do our best to keep our customers, friends and families safe. Therefore, we are asking you to please adhere to the following guidelines: - If you have been out of the province, or if you have symptoms or don’t feel well, please reschedule your apt for a later date... - We are spacing our apts out and limiting the office to one customer at a time. - We encourage you to drop off your vehicle for your apt whenever possible, and can accept e-transfer for payment. - Tire pricing can be done on the phone 902-478-1765 or 902-751-1043 or via FB messenger NELSON HILL TIRE & REPAIRS at any time. We will continue to monitor and make changes as Dept of Health mandates. Please stay safe and well everyone! Tim 902-478-1765 Darcy 902-751-1043
Thanks for your cooperation !
To all our valued customers and friends: As the world continues to navigate the unprecedented COVID 19 pandemic, we want to assure you we are doing our part to keep ourselves and our customers safe. We have implemented intense cleaning of the office area and pinpad after each transaction, we offer contactless payment options such as tap (up to $100) as well as e-transfer. We have spaced out appointments to avoid overlap of customers in the office when at all possible. If ...you can drop your car off for the necessary work and pick up when complete, that is great too. Tire pricing can be done over the phone (902-478-1765 or 902-751-1043) or via FB messenger as well. And of course, as advised by the Health Authorities, if you have been traveling outside of Canada, or if you feel unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Let's help keep each other, our communities and our families safe! Thank you Darcy, Tim and Stephanie See more

Winter is here!! Well, not officially, but plowing season has started! As most of you know, both Tim and Darcy also plow for Dept of Highways in the winter months to help keep you safe on the roads! . While they work opposite shifts to do their best to keep both areas covered, our shop hours may vary from time to time during the stormy days/nights. Feel free to call or text anytime Tim 902-478-1765 or Darcy 902-751-1043 or send us a FB message - we will always do our best to get you taken care of as quickly as possible! We are back up and running! Thank you to the NSP workers who braved the less than ideal conditions last night to get everyone on our road restored! We are working today and tomorrow (Saturday and Sunday) to catch up on our back log and get everyone winter ready! Feel free to give us a call, send us a FB message or stop in! Thank you everyone for your patience while we were down. Anyone still without power, we have heat, hot coffee and food and hot water for showers if there is anyone in need!
Still no sign of power! They have changed our restoration time to 10pm tonight. Fingers crossed! Anyone else still without power?
Good morning everyone! I hope everyone made it home safely yesterday! We are still without power this morning. Phones, and FB messaging still up and running. NSP outage map shows 4pm restoration time but we will keep you updated if it comes on sooner. Thank you to all the hard working men and women out in these less than ideal conditions working to restore this for us all!
