Been hopping busy this summer -- trying to get a duplex build lined up, while taking on a few projects -- a timbered roof over an existing deck at 6 Mile, a vintage garage rebuild, a "flash" bathroom reno over a few hectic days, a small water damage job, enclosing an existing porch, and a 1920s basement conversion from storage to living space. What is Ruby Mountain Builders doing? We hope to begin a duplex inside a month, but are pursuing single family dwelling (SFD) builds as a Plan B. RMB hopes to slot a smaller SFD to begin about a month after the duplex, and are in discussions to build a lakefront home for summer, 2021. Currently, we are completing a basement finishing job in a Fairview character home and constructing a timbered roof over an existing deck at 6 Mile. Next up is a 1920s garage re-build, also in Fairview. We thank anyone who has hired us and are gaining knowledge every day to help us deliver quality to our customers.
