Hello all, Sarren here. There have been messages asking if I could make some ravioli because of issues with lack of options or dietary issues. I'd like to help you eat pasta again. I've spoken with my family and to keep me safe and healthy we have agreed to this option. We are giving you this idea to discuss. We would like to open a monthly subscription to the pasta. It is very likely there will be very limited options, as in one small flavour(the squash,carrot, and roasted g...arlic) and one jumbo(seen in the photos). We could also do the pasta sheets so you can create your own fun things. Please let us know if this interests you. I will not be doing single bags for anyone including family. As of right now, I don't even have the capital to start so this option would make it possible. Thank you all for being sooooo supportive during my sickness and the battle to return to health. Hello folks, Sarren here. I've missed you. I am healthy now, as much as can be living with an incurable disease. I have been told by my Dr's that my career as a professional chef is over. I am allowed to look at options for consulting, meal planning, and the like. As of right now, I am looking at spending time with friends and family as I spent my entire career putting those on back burner with work first. I also have to share that Chef Steev has moved on to a new life in the... lower mainland with his family. So right now NWC is still on hiatus.
