One-hand pass and catch using a wall (or a partner if one is available).
Indoor form shooting can be made more game-like by sitting or kneeling on the floor, doing one-hand shooting (see https://youtu.be/sx3pirZWJMw), or adding the guide hand (see https://youtu.be/qhcemhwrzGw). Sitting on a chair is another option, see https://youtu.be/fQYrYaY1chk.
With the onset of winter weather, outdoor form shooting is no longer practical. Lie-down form shooting allows you to work on release and follow-through indoors, see https://youtu.be/N2nos0uhtW4 (for a progression, take away the guide hand).
