We are Back , will re opening on June 02 Neptune Palace Dine-In Sanitation Conditions Neptune Palace closely follows British Columbia’s restaurant & hospitality regulations regarding covid-19 protocols. Below are the conditions to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you for supporting your local business. ... 1. All customers and staff are subjected to a temperature check upon arrival. Any individual whose temperature measures at 37 degrees celsius and above and/or is showing symptoms of covid-19, will not be permitted into the restaurant. (There is an automated temperature monitor located at the entrance of the restaurant.) 2. Please practice social distancing of a minimum of 2 metres while lining up. 3. Wash your hands before and after your meal. Medical grade hand sanitizers are also provided for our customers,. (which are located at the waiting area) 4. Please cough and/or sneeze into a single-use napkin or your arm. Please avoid handshakes or any physical contact with others. 5. Food will be prepared at high temperatures and served with covers. 6. The restaurant will be regularly sanitized routinely throughout the day. The ventilation system will be circulating at all times. 7. Tables will be sanitized between seatings. 8. All customers will be provided with communal utensils to avoid cross-contamination. All utensils will be properly sanitized prior to use. 9. All floor staff will be required to wear gloves, face masks, and clear protective visors. 10. One customer at each table will be required to leave their name and contact information. 11. Please use the designated entrance and exit.
