During these challenging times, it is awesome to come across a good news story like the one linked below. Late last year, ASHRAE unveiled their new headquarters, which is an energy performance role model for an existing building retrofit. The 42-year-old facility was modernized with sustainable and energy-saving features, which combined together will enable them to achieve 'net-zero energy' with the installation of solar panels in 2021. One particular measure that was implem...ented, Demand Control Ventilation (DCV), is something near and dear to Nerva Energy. Now that both Enbridge and the SaveOnEnergy program in Ontario are offering prescriptive incentives for DCV, we anticipate a huge uptake in this technology across many building different types. Nerva is actively deploying advanced wireless building automation that brings DCV control functionality, delivering competitive pricing and quick installations with minimal disruptions.
