CNC Machining centers making parts for CNC machining centers! Here our 5 axis German DMG Evolution has just finished a new toolchanger carousel with improved design geometry and improved engraving. Now all pockets can be read from the view of the operator clearly and tooling we were not able to hold in the tool changer before is no problem!

We are pleased to share the functional working envelope of our DMG 5 axis CNC machining center. This machine has glass scales on all 5 axis for high accuracy and repeatability, as well as a 15,000 rpm spindle. This engine block is an Audi 4.2L V8 for a Porsche project we are working on. The same engine used in the Gumpert Apollo.

This is a custom 5 axis vice we built earlier this year. Designed, turned and milled at our facility. Works very well!
