Answer phones by directing them to the appropriate person or location; Provide guests with COVID screening and support upon entry into the school or dept’s; Manage the incoming and out-going mail and faxes; Coordinate advertising and marketing posters, flyers, newsletters and maintain NEC Social Media page; Provide clerical support to the education staff and students;... Maintain office supplies for the education team and students; Collect and process the education/daycare staff timesheets and invoices; Maintain a filing system that supports the school, students, and staff; Additional classroom support may be required. Additional Requirements and Qualifications: Must successfully pass the required Criminal Record Check; Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Confident with office administrative procedures; Computer literate and comfortable using all microsoft office applications; Valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance for use at work; Office clerk certificate or equivalent related experience is considered an asset.
