The shop is feeling extra dreamy today A typical work week for me is normally quite hectic. I do have a day job that I currently work from home. So through the week, each day I get up, spend some time with Winnie before I set myself up at the kitchen table and sign into work. I do all things Nesting Ground evenings and Saturdays. BUT today feels like a dream. I have the day off from my 9-5 and I’ve been soaking in every minute of it in the store, it’s almost 20 degrees outsi...de and the store is filled with sunlight. It was never my intention to have Nesting Ground as a side hustle, but then covid hit. Now a year into a global pandemic, a third wave and Ontario lockdown I am immensely grateful for my job and for now will continue to manage work and shop as best I can. Those of you who have found Nesting Ground and shopped online, I cannot thank you enough. I am really looking forward to the day I am able to be in the shop full-time and personally welcome you in! This is my happy place and I’m excited to share it with you! I’ve been cutting fat quarters most of the day.
