This past summer, we were excited to have the opportunity to work with two local farming businesses to bring their websites into the world of e-commerce through a grant provided by an agricultural industry source. As clients heard about this, a couple asked us if we knew of any opportunities for them, within their industry, and related to their current position of trying to succeed during these Covid related challenges. For this reason, we wanted to bring to your attention... that the this week the BC Gov’t changed the criteria of its Small and Medium Sized Business Recovery Grant (https://www2.gov.bc.ca//economic-r/business-recovery-grant) , and if your business is down 30% revenue at some point during May 2020 to present you may meet the requirements. It’s important that you review the eligibility criteria details in full, and you understand what you would be eligible for and what your responsibilities are creating and fulfilling your recovery plan. $10,000 to $30,000 grants are available, with additional money available for those in tourism. We have provided details to our clients, but want other local businesses to know of this as it could be helpful to them. We know a lot of businesses could use a helping hand right now. We are happy to report that the issue is now resolved. Dear NetClimber Web Hosting Customer, Please note that this morning one of our web servers had an issue that caused it to go offline at approximately 8:50am. We were able to get it back online, but soon discovered an intervention was required on an electric connector and we had to take it back offline to address. We are actively working on the issue and the server techs have estimated it will be corrected and back online within an hour. This will affect a number of our clients.

We are experiencing serious phone line issues at the office today. We regret if this is causing any of our customers an inconvenience. Techs hope to have it corrected shortly.
