Aerobarrier in today to seal the house. This is a low cost extra step to lower the ACU. Baseline blower door test is 0.9 ACU. HVAC design is based on 1 ACU so we are already better than that! Great work by framers, insulators and Great Lakes Construction! Pushing to 0.5 ACU.
