Yoga With Dave 27.10.2020

To be a Yogi is to discover in yourself two natural attitudes toward others: ahimsa (nonviolence) and kshanti (the ability to accommodate all people as they are..., to accommodate in their own heart and mind the whole universe as it is). It is not knowledge that makes a Yogi, but wisdom to live up to it, is to realize that the universe has its cosmic order. Yogis respects people as they are, with their diverse cultures and life histories, and realizes that it is this variety that makes the beauty of the world. To be a Yogi is to have a special attitude in life that is born of understanding it. And by exposure to the teaching of the Vedas one understands that to live the life of yoga is to follow Dharma. Dharma can be translated in hundred different ways. It also signifies behaviors that are considered to be in accord with ta, the order that makes life in this universe possible, and includes duties, rights, laws, conduct, virtues and "right way of living". Dharma also means "cosmic law and order"dharma is also the term for "phenomena" .Dharma also is the teachings of purification and moral transformation of human beings. The word dharma also means the path of righteousness and proper Yogic/Vedic practice.
