Our collaboration with Cogir Immobilier on the Newman project is highlighted in their latest issue of the DevMcGill/Cogir Immobilier magazine. The four buildings, made up of a residence for active retirees, rental units and condos, will be part of LaSalle/Angrignon's revitalization by transforming a former commercial space into a mixed-use and attractive urban site. Most notably, it will enhance green spaces through trails and terraces with over 10,000m2, community spaces, and its use of local and eco-efficient materials.

The Sun Life Financial Centre has once again been recognized for its commitment to environmentally responsible business practices! The renovation and expansion project, realized for BentallGreenOak received LEED-EB Platinum certification in 2019. Today, it adds another accolade to its list with the BOMA Canada’s Net Zero Challenge Award. Chosen for demonstrating significant progress in the path towards zero energy consumption, this office complex located in the heart of Canada's capital, implements advanced technological means and innovative strategies to improve its performance. Offering a new entrance to Montreal via the Jacques-Cartier Bridge: this proposed major renovation and expansion is in collaboration with Saucier+Perrotte Architectes and Bertone Development Corporation. This project aims to integrate the former Barsalou soap factory into a residential complex adding a 20-storey tower to the historic building. As part of a plan to redevelop the Faubourgs sector, the scheme capitalizes on the industrial history of the metropolis to reconnect the Centre-Sud district with the river through a strong gesture that still respects the social and environmental context.
