Pretend you care deeply about justice, pretend to care about both sides or at least one side or the other. Implement a new construct, a new structure that has you as the head of power. Maintain this new cultural and civil construct at all cost Kill millions of people. All of which may be a threat to usurp your power at some point. Sound familiar? Rwanda, former Yugoslavia, Turkish genocide of Albania, Nazi Germany, communist Russia, communist china, and almost every form of tribal warfare throughout the history of human kind.
