I remember when @nique_restaurant first opened in #hamilton I fell hard and fast in love Favourite thing about @nique_restaurant : The passion and creativity of the chefs and staff. They are hard working independent owners who understand customer experience. Favourite Dish: The iconic #sushinachos - crispy wontons with fresh tuna and all the sushi fixings... it’s like crack... you can’t get enough! Favourite Drink/Cocktail: I love that they serve @burdockbrewery and @pearlmorissette on their menu, whether you want a cool Brett Saison that is wine barrel aged, or an elegant glass of local wine, both are excellent choices! My heart breaks for the local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, breweries and small artisan shops across Canada.... but especially in my own backyard. #hamilton #burlington #niagara Places I visit all the time, and perhaps, like many of us, have taken for granted, that we have such a great diversity of places to visit and enjoy. I’ve thought about how to support these businesses, the best way I can- so starting today I’m going to share a post on a different business every day.
