Some days you can just be filled with hope. Today at the sentencing hearing of the man accused of assault on two nurses. Both stood strong, spoke passionately on the impact of violence in healthcare Merci Natasha and Teresa @NBNU_SIINB @CFNU #canlab

We saw just how Registered Nurses step up for New Brunswickers during the global pandemic. But it also served to highlight the unprecedented nursing shortage the province is facing. We’re at a critical stage and ignoring this is not a solution. Registered Nurses need our support.

On November 16th, at 1:30 p.m., the New Brunswick Nurses Union President, Paula Doucet, and Matt Hiltz, Executive Director, invite you to join us in a show of solidarity and support for a fellow RN and her LPN colleague who were brutally attacked on the job. Please join us on the front steps of the Moncton courthouse for sentencing and take a public stand against workplace violence.
