Just watched Premier Higgs being interviewed on CTV Atlantic, he was asked directly if Atlantic Canada will open to the rest of Canada by Labour Day, his response "I am not optimistic", indicated all Maritime Premiers are on the same page. They are going to make sure they put our industry down for good.
