Great News from Island View School (submitted by NB Teacher Wellness) Despite a very difficult few weeks the staff of Riverview High were successful in completing their October movement challenge of collectively walking / running 3000 kms! Each km was represented in a section of a beautiful mandala made for them by a student. We applaud them for making wellness a priority. Congratulations team members Alanna Jamieson, Jessica Arseneau , Marie-Claude LeBlanc, Melissa Nicholson, and Helene Chiasson

Great News from Island View School (submitted by NB Teacher Wellness) A shout out to this Island View School crew who created and delivered 43 purses for the Purse Project this past weekend. A big part of wellness is service to others. Well done!!

Great News submitted by Nackawic Elementary School! Miss Morgan's grade four class decided to honour the veterans by painting poppies on rocks and placing them at the cenotaph. On this beautiful day, we walked down to the local cenotaph in Nackawic and placed our rocks there. We looked at the names of the local Fallen Soldiers, and found some familiar last names.

Great News submitted by Harry Miller Middle School! Each year two colleagues, Jean MacDonald, retired teacher, and Heather Wright, retired EA, make sure our Wall of Honour is installed. This Wall honours family members and friends who serve, past and present, to secure our freedoms. This has been a tradition for many years where students and staff are able to share pictures to be added to the Wall and is now a collection of many years of love, gratitude and remembrance and remains up at school for the month of November. A video was also made this week and played during our assembly to share the Wall of Honour with all students and staff during our virtual Service of Remembrance on Tuesday.
