This week I was introduced to Guyanese Chinese Cuisine at New Cane Grove! As soon as the food hits the table at @newcanegrove the delicious aroma of the diverse spices draws you in and sets your soul up for a satisfying food experience ... Presently they're only open for Takeout and they throw in a FREE ORDER of Chicken Wings on a takeout order over $45. Their menu offers a wide selection of eats from Chinese Hakka Style choices, Caribbean style rice, low mein, West Indian dishes and more! Huge portions, lots of flavour and spice and reasonable prices!! And with @newcanegrove who specializes in Guyanese style Chinese food, it’s extra flavour with a Guyanese twist! So you’ll find jerk chicken, dhal puri and curry goat here that you might not find a...t other Chinese restaurants!! Posted by @t.foodie_blog Feast your eyes on some Guyanese-Chinese fusion cuisine from @newcanegrove! The food here was an explosion of flavour with a kick! Their portions are excellent at very affordable price points. The owner of the restaurant was also very warm and welcoming, and ensured we were well taken care of. At the moment, they are only offering takeout, but with every order over $45, they will throw in some chicken wings! Wow! Let me tell you, the take out orders... were flowing out of this restaurant, so you know they’re cooking up some good food! We loved everything but my personal favorites were the pepper shrimp, lobster, and fried rice! Also, If you’re a lobster fan, they have a deal where you can purchase 2 lobsters for $27.95 (choice of ginger and green onion, spicy garlic, or black bean sauce)! If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out!
