"Starting May 7, kindergarten to Grade 12 students will temporarily shift to at-home learning. Students will return to in-class learning on May 25. Alberta Education allows for specific exceptions from the shift to at-home learning to ensure continuity of learning: Students with disabilities who require specialized supports and students in outreach programs may continue to attend in-person class and receive supports and services at school. Parents should work with their teach...er and school principal on appropriate arrangements. Hutterite colony and Mennonite schools have also been granted exemptions, as these unique communities lack the technology and equipment required to support online learning."
