January 26, 2022 is Bell Let’s Talk Day. Bell is donating towards mental health initiatives in Canada by contributing 5 for every applicable text, call, tweet or TikTok video using #BellLetsTalk, social media video view and use of our Facebook frame or Snapchat lens. It's a great reminder to remain open and communicate with those you care about. There's no shame in seeking help or asking questions. It’s time to eliminate the stigma around mental health. https://letstalk.bell.ca/en/
