There has certainly been a change in the air this past week, you know what they say about old home week but I can’t say I’m sorry that the humidity is gone... especially when working on all of this landscaping!! I’ve always loved the cozy feeling that fall brings, and this space is SO cozy with these Edison string bulbs We’ve tamed the apple tree, added mulch and flower beds, bulldozed some overgrown raspberry bushes and did a TON of weeding. We have an exciting September ahead, with some of our first big events and I can’t wait to see this area used ! What do you think about a first dance here ??

Tadah! The Carriage House has undergone quite a facelift over the past year and we are excited to announce that it has been white washed ! The decision was not an easy one, but I would do it over again 100 times! We kept lots of rustic elements including the original beams and added some elegance like our new chandeliers...which were my inspiration for this renovation project. These shots by @caleyjoyphotography and our styled shoo...t by @elysianwedvents was such a blast !! What a team of vendors to work with and they did a phenomenal job of showcasing our space ! I may have even kept the beautiful flower arrangements by @sakurahsflowerstudio around longer than their life span.. they were just too darn stunning to not look at every day!
