New Maryland Centre

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, there are no Christmas party bookings this year for me to even bother decorating the hall. However, I just had to have a little something to bring some Christmas cheer to the place!

PLEASE NOTE: The New Maryland Centre and Victoria Hall re-opened on Sept. 8th for our regular weekly user groups however public rentals are limited to meetings, training sessions and events of that type only, until the end of the year. We are NOT accepting new rentals for "celebratory" type events such as birthday parties, baby showers, anniversaries, dances etc. that would take place in 2020. The situation will be reassessed by year end and a decision whether to open fully will be made based on the public health directives available at that time. We look forward to getting back to serving all your rental needs soon!

Wedding planner, Katelyn Bellfontaine, shares her advice for those who’ve planned a wedding and are now faced with the decision to postpone, cancel or readjust.

The New Maryland Centre and Victoria Hall will remain closed until further notice. We look forward to getting back to a "new normal" and will make an announcement once it is safe to do so.

The Village of New Maryland is monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely and are today implementing some policies to hopefully assist in stopping the spread of the virus. For the safety of our staff, residents and patrons, effective immediately, all municipal buildings (including the New Maryland Centre and Victoria Hall) will be closed to the public until March 30th at which time we will re-assess. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Stay safe!
