Monday and Wednesday's yoga classes we will work on Chakra 1 - the ...Root chakra - feeling grounded, safe, secure. I don't make New Year's resolutions but it's hard not to think of the New Year as a beginning and a chance to start fresh. What I have done some years is think of a word that represents the year for me. This year my word is 'change' (as in to embrace change). What would your word be?
