Hey guys! This event has been in the works for a little bit now and it's finally ready for registration! Blue Monday is claimed to be the third Monday in January & the most depressing day of the year. Although I feel like all of 2020 has had its depressing moments so far too. ... In light of that, I wanted to offer a self care event focus on trying, and learning new things. Mental health, physical health, financial health are all big players of our emotional well being. Self care isn't always about doing what feels good and fuzzy, sometimes it's pushing your self to start a new routine or learn something to help yourself in an area you've been lacking. This event was curated to hopefully help you with that process! Ideally this would be an in person event, but if we can't open our doors it will be the same format online. Some of the proceeds will be donated to the women's and children's shelter thanks to the selfless @jane.so.plain They're will be limited space for this event & if you'd like to gift a space to someone who would benefit there is gift cards available for that as well. October workshop This workshop is open to everyone (ages 12 and up). We will be going through a gentle yoga practice and introducing simple practices that could potentially help with your mental health or self care routines. There will be a small portion of aerial yoga poses, that are super beginner friendly, with mat variations also shown.... This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to explore yoga, or for those who have practiced for a long time and want to expand their practice a bit. There are limited spaces available, with all covid rules being followed. Any questions, or if your wanting to register please reach out!

Have you been affected by covid yet? Our family has.... & without ranting on too much, from my experience, covid has taken away a lot of common sense. With that being said, I have had to cancel bungee tonight & Jeanine will be subbing Aerial for me.... I am sooo grateful for such amazing & understanding students as well as @yogaon__ for helping me out! On a side note... If your looking for work or a new hobby, I'd love to explore the options of you becoming a bunger fitness instructor

As I sit in a quite house all ready for school and the craziness to start tomorrow, I can't help but think how I feel I've gotten soft both physically & mentally over the past few months... We sort of went into a little bubble of camping, and exploring this summer & I'm not sure I'm ready to leave that bubble... I'm reflecting on life before covid, and the hustle we were living seems a bit overwhelming to get back into.... I know this "new normal" is our new reality, but I'm struggle to see how it's going to be for me and my family. Kids going back to school, activities coming back in full swing, & were still dealing with friggen covid and all those new rules . I can't help but feel a bit swamped before it's even began. I would love to hear any tips or changes your family is making to adjust to the new school year! Also this time-lapse video is too quick & doesn't show my embarrassing dancing between poses, so I'm a bit disappointed in that

EDSON DANCERS!! We've missed you all so much! Claire and I have been hard at work figuring out how we can keep dancing in the current environment. Unfortunately..., due to COVID regulations and new schedules, we cannot offer weekly classes this year. HOWEVER, we are looking at offering private lessons throughout the year. What would this look like? You would schedule a time slot (this could be for just you, you and a partner, or a small group you would cohort with) and we would design lessons based on what you want to work on. This includes both solo and partner dance skills. Before we officially schedule anything, we need to know who would be interested. Our first private lesson day would be September 26th. If you are interested or have any questions, feel free to message me. Thank you all so much, and we can't wait to get back to dancing with you, even if it looks very different!

Guess what's coming back this fall!? Bungee fitness! This class is going to have special registration due to COVID though...... Regan has two small kids that will be going back to school and will require to isolate or quarantine if showing any symptoms of covid and be tested to return to school. Going off past history, most kids show symptoms pretty regularly during the fall and winter.. So due to that, and the fact there is no one who has the training to sub this class, the plan is to do drop in's only. Classes will be posted on Mondays if they will be running on Tuesday, and you can reserve your spot then. You can also pay a refundable deposit of 60$ to reserve all 7 classes, which will be returned at the end of October if you show up to all classes. *if you miss a class due to COVID, your deposit will also be returned. I know this is all complicated just like everything else right now, so ANY questions don't hesitate to text Regan! 587 873 1804
