Appointments are available on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Heres what you can expect: Reiki is a Japanese holistic, light touch or hands free energy based healing modality that can leave you feeling relaxed. Each session is customized and begins with a meditation designed to help you find stillness. As you rest on the comfortab...le massage table, I may use Reiki to: * Enhance and accelerate the body's ability to heal by relieving stress and promoting relaxation. * Work with you to open, clear and balance your chakras * Work through energetic blocks to help you heal mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. * Help you to connect with your emotions and ailments on a deeper level to help facilitate a healed outcome Your appointment includes time to discuss anything you may have experienced during your session. Ugh. Its hard. Its exhausting. Its terrifying. Its necessary. (And also, in my ongoing experience, its worth it)

Hello August! This is the card I pulled, as I asked the Universe for this months message. - Anytime you feel overwhelmed by anger or frustration, close your eyes and connect with the angels around you. They are a great part of your life and they want you to remove the feelings that arent serving you so that you can have a deeper and richer connection with them. Meditate and connect with having to extend your awareness so you can become more aware of who surrounds you on ...an energetic level. Youre really an independent as a soul and its wonderful how self-sufficient you are, but the angels are encouraging you to spend some time meditating and welcoming their help so that you can be a cocreator of your World in their light and that of your creator. Anytime you find yourself about to use the word hate, close your eyes for a few moments and focus on something that makes you feel safe, free and blessed-something you love. See more
