FAMILY. -- Every Friday our crews gather together on a jobsite and have lunch together. Each week, one person brings a home cooked meal for all the field crews. It's days like this that really make us proud. You simply don't find teams like this often.

INTERIOR FINISHES. -- We do all the interior finishes in-house. From demolition to framing, drywall, bathrooms and kitchens, trust our team to handle the renovation properly.

PAINTING. -- We always roll a final coat of paint after kitchen cabinets, trim, flooring and all other finishes are installed. This way the walls are in perfect condition when we handover the project to a client.

SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. -- There is always debate whether a project reached substantial completion. Here is what our substantial completion looks like. Ps. Electrical work is by Others and not in our scope, otherwise that would be complete as well.

QUALITY RENTALS. -- Most units in this building are ready to go. We are working on the final units: drywalling, painting, flooring, doors, bathrooms and other interior finishing work. This building will be another great addition to the city.
