A signature of the Mers collection is the four intersecting aluminum planes that form the basea design that's inspired by simple but precisely engineered marine architecture. The beauty of simplicity here is the opportunity to play with scale, colour, and material to create pieces with a different vibe or purpose using the same building blocks. Here, that basic form morphs from a dining table with a warm walnut top, to a set of bright stools with upholstered leather seats, to a stark side table finished with a salt-pack patina.
