The Employment Coach’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Assist the team in implementing effective extra-curricular Employment Programming for high school students who are attending New Heights School - Collaborate with the team in planning and devise/adapt materials and procedures for tools and strategies that are appropriate to the workplace, each student’s strengths and needs and developmental level, and their family... - Liaise with employers and supervisors in the work placements to ensure strong communication between the student and work placements. - Collaborate with the students and the team to identify employment goals and a transition plan for each student identified Model and teach interpersonal skills necessary for the community and workplace. - Maintain required documentation and case notes See further details at: https://www.newheightscalgary.com/employment-coach-part-t/
