New Hope Animal Rescue 29.06.2021

APPLICATIONS PENDING! Winston was born on January 28th, 2021 to a rescued feral cat and has been in a foster home with his five siblings. He Is the most outgoing of his siblings and has luxurious long black fur and an adorable little kink in the end of his tail. He is a very special little fellow, passionate in all that he does: he can be super sweet and affectionate but also very playful and curious, running underfoot, climbing your leg, and just generally causing madness an...d mayhem! Since we believe that young kittens should not grow up as only pets, they will only be adopted in pairs or to families that already have another cat or dog in the home. Winston has not yet had any exposure with dogs or children, but with his good attitude, he will likely be able to make friends with anyone. He is up-to-date on his age appropriate vaccinations but will need to be returned to New Hope to be neutered when he is old enough; the neuter is included in his adoption fee of $160. Contact us by phone at 519-836-9780 (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm only) or by email at [email protected] if you would like to meet Winston! See more

APPLICATIONS PENDING! Huggins was born on January 28th, 2021 to a rescued feral cat and has been in a foster home with his five siblings. He has luxurious long black fur with a greyish-white mane. True to his name, Huggins likes to climb up on his humans or his siblings and hug them with his little front paws, and he also gives adorable 'French' kisses by licking faces with his rough little tongue! Huggins is also the litter's best "insta-purr" kitten. He started purring at ...about four weeks old, and since then, all you literally have to do is look at him, and he will start to purr! Since we believe that young kittens should not grow up as only pets, they will only be adopted in pairs or to families that already have another cat or dog in the home. Although Huggins will easily pair with anyone in the litter, we think he might be best with Clementine, since he adores her, she basks in his emotional support, and they play really well together. Huggins has not yet had any exposure with dogs or children, but with his good attitude, he will likely do fine with respectful children and friendly dogs. He is up-to-date on his age appropriate vaccinations but will need to be returned to New Hope to be neutered when he is old enough; the neuter is included in his adoption fee of $160. Contact us by phone at 519-836-9780 (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm only) or by email at [email protected] if you are ready to add a kitten or two to your family! See more

APPLICATIONS PENDING! Mr. Belvedere was born on January 28th, 2021 to a rescued feral cat and has been in a foster home with his five siblings. He is is a handsome long haired 'Torbie' and somewhat of an anomaly in the cat world - males with tortoiseshell colouring are very rare! He is a little cautious with strangers at first, but once he warms up he is a very playful fellow and one of the instigators of chasing games with his siblings. When he calms down he is very sweet an...d gentle. Since we believe that young kittens should not grow up as only pets, they will only be adopted in pairs or to families that already have another cat or dog in the home. Mr. Belvedere was pretty much inseparable from his little sister Clementine for the first few weeks of his life and would be well paired with her, or with either Huggins or Winston who are similarly energetic and playful. Mr. Belvedere has not yet had any exposure with dogs or children, but being so young he will likely be able to get used friendly dogs and respectful, older children.

Higgins was born on January 28th, 2021 to a rescued feral cat and has been in a foster home with his five siblings. He is the largest of the litter, with silky long black fur, a big beautiful greyish/whitish mane, and a very dignified demeanor. He is fairly quiet, a little standoffish with strangers, and sometimes likes to keep to himself, but he does love the company of other cats and familiar humans and will join in the rambunctious games of his sibli...ngs. He is well-behaved and listens well, and he loves to be brushed and to have his little forehead and the top of his head massaged. Since we believe that young kittens should not grow up as only pets, they will only be adopted in pairs or to families that already have another cat or dog in the home. Higgins would be best paired with Amelia from his litter, as they are the most alike in attitude, although he would be great with any of the others, too. Higgins has not yet had any exposure with dogs or children, but being so young he will likely be able to adapt to respectful older children and friendly dogs. He is up-to-date on his age appropriate vaccinations but will need to be returned to New Hope to be neutered when he is old enough; the neuter is included in his adoption fee of $160. Contact us by phone at 519-836-9780 (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm only) or by email at [email protected] if you are interested in meeting Higgins! See more

APPLICATIONS PENDING! Clementine was born on January 28th, 2021 to a rescued feral cat and has been in a foster home with her five siblings. She has beautiful calico markings, and a gorgeous, long coat that she keeps very well-groomed. Clementine is the littlest and most shy of the litter. She may be reluctant to be handled at first, but the right people will earn her trust. Once she gets to know you she loves to be brushed and to have the top of her head and her forehead ma...ssaged. We believe that young kittens should not grow up as only pets and hence Clementine will only be adopted with a sibling unless the family already has another cat or dog in the home. While she would pair well with anyone, she would feel especially safe and secure with her beloved big brother, Huggins, to accompany her to a new forever home. Clementine has not yet had any exposure with dogs or children, but being so young we expect her to be able to adapt to respectful older children and friendly dogs. She is up-to-date on her age appropriate vaccinations but will need to be returned to New Hope to be spayed when she is old enough; the spay is included in her adoption fee of $160. Contact us by phone at 519-836-9780 (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm only) or by email at [email protected] if you are ready to add a kitten or two to your family! See more

Missy is spayed and vaccinated, and her adoption fee is $135. Contact us by phone at 519-836-9780 (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm only) or by email at [email protected] if you think you can offer this girl a home for her golden years!

ADOPTION PENDING! Princess is a sweet, shy girl who just wants to be loved. She is about 5 years old with gorgeous long fur that feels like silk. Princess took a long time to come out of her shell after she was first surrendered to us, but now she greets the volunteers when they come in and seeks their attention! She will definitely need a quiet, patient home that will give her time to adjust at her own pace. This pretty girl is looking for an adult home where she can be the ...only pet. She is not good with other cats or with children, and would likely prefer a home without dogs as well. Princess is spayed and vaccinated, and her adoption fee is $135. If you think you can offer this shy girl a home where she can thrive, then please contact us by phone at 519-836-9780 (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm only) or by email at [email protected]. See more

ADOPTION PENDING! Raven is a gorgeous 10-year-old Himalayan who is a bit shy at first but super sweet and loving. She loves to be cuddled, but has to be approached slowly as she is deaf and startles easily. For this reason she would be best in a quieter home with children that are older. Raven loves her morning breakfast (wet food), belly rubs, catnip and playing with her toys. She also uses her scratching posts faithfully. She gets along with other cats but we don't know about dogs. Raven is vaccinated and spayed, and her adoption fee is $135. Please contact us by phone at 519-836-9780 (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm only) or by email at [email protected] if you are interested in making Raven part of your family!
