Client Transformation! This client has also been nothing but committed and compliant to his program. He has not see not seen the number under 200 lbs in 20 years! He is feeling AMAZING and full of energy. Lots of energy to go to work all day and then come home and still have the energy to workout. When he came to me he said he wanted to be able to play hockey when he was 50, play with his kids, run and just feel better. He had to stop hockey because of his knees.... Now he has accomplished all of those goals, he is able to run long distances without pain and workout. Found these yummy wraps at Costco in the fridge section just before you go into the Walk-in fridge room where the broccoli, lettuce, mushrooms etc. Just had one and it was good, really did not have any flavour and stay together did not fall apart. Nice and light! As many of you know decided to go back to school to become a Holistic Practitioner. I took the advanced course, which is two tiers and two different diplomas. I am happy to say I have completed the first diploma and I am now a RHNC- Registered Health and Nutrition Counselor. Some benefit companies will cover this and my next one. I have been working on Tier 2 to my next one, which is the one I really want!... It has been a long road and hard work with some of the challenges life has thrown at me.
