Q: Many home sellers ask me when is the best time to sell their home. A: Every year is different but the most transactions occur in the Spring time from February to July. The Fall market is also very strong. Summer is still a good time to sell e but there are fewer sales as this is when people move and take vacation. Some home sellers get record sales in the summer based on their pools/backyards and because there are fewer listings there is less competition.
