From last year, the average price is up by 21% ------ Sales Stats // From the previous year - Oct. 2019, sales are up by approx 22% In comparison to last month, sales were down by 7% as we approach the winter months ------ Days to Sell & Months of Inventory // It took 19 days to sell a home on average in October, this is up by 71% from last month and down 41% from last year.
