This week's Ragan article tackles one of our favourite question. Namely: does social media add business value? Point # 3 really stands out for us -- the myth which says that "social media is a standalone marketing tool." We've found that repeatedly. It's a useful tool for reaching your audience, but it must be part of a larger communications strategy. Social media alone cannot fulfill your goals.
