Took in some of Canada’s beautiful nature this past weekend at Johnson’s canyon. Frozen water fall at the upper falls. What a site!
New laminate flooring through out main entry up the half flight of stairs and through main level. Many angles to fit round. A change that didn’t beat me
Kitchen is complete. Island bar top cut down. Old tile backsplash removed, counters replaced(done by others). New sink and faucet. Finished with new 2x8 glass tile in herringbone pattern.
Installed new laminate flooring on main level kitchen and living room.
Have any furniture you need assembled? I can help with that.
Client wanted a unique bathroom vanity to install their new carved stone sink onto. I took an old table top and a separate table leg they had stored in the basement and created this new vanity for them.
New counter and backsplash.
New commercial vinyl plank flooring.
Client is having her kitchen redone. I got to install new under cabinet lighting. Before her new backsplash goes up. These LED lights are great. Give off a tone of light.
Added some privacy film to these windows.
Client had a sump discharge hose that was poorly laid out. Client disliked the green sludge left on the cement from the water. I routed the pipe tight to the side of the house with ABS up to the sidewalk. Used a cement saw to cut a channel for the pipe to run under the sidewalk. Then covered with new cement.
Client has some large heavy planters that sit on the deck over the summer. To assist in moving them up and down. I was asked to build a couple temporary ramps that can be moved on and off the steps as needed. Added some grip tape too, to help with traction.
Client had to reroute his sump discharge pipe. Doing so the pipe was in unsightly location. I built a new bench to hide it away. This also required me moving the heat vent too.
Installed some mini LED light in this sunken living room. Wired in a plug in the bsmt ceiling to power them.
This one was fun! Changed out two old glass block windows. Due to its height and accessibility the job required a boom lift.
Client had an abandoned shed project. I got the privilege to finish it off for him.
Set of stairs leading down to beach.
Assembled new fence
Stone walk way was sloping towards the house. Client wanted stones lifted and ground lifted up so that the walk way is sloping away from house. Had to add 2 inches of stone to build it up. But not before pulling up some 200 stones.
Remodeled old shower.
A minor update! Removed carpet on stairs. Installed new wainscoting(painted by Amanda Smith from Paintsmith Decor) walls done her as well. Then added new stair riser (MDF painted) and stair treads (solid red oak pre stained by Wood Concepts) As well installed new red oak hardwood on stair landings.
These steps were in desperate need of replacement. So they were rebuilt with treated lumber.
Installed new range hood, and not only upgrade the look. But also the fan. Something to consider when looking at a new hood.
Hope you’re all taking a moment this summer to take in some of Alberta’s beauty! I am happy to take some time with my life partner here at Moraine Lake. What a spectacular spot!
Closet door switch. Light is on when door is open. And like magic. The light goes out when door is closed.
Have some bland looking stairs in your garage. Let me freshen them up. This set I even added some non slip tape to the front edges.
Have something that needs to be assembled? I can help. I can even pick up the item from the store if it won’t fit in your vehicle. :)
