Is anyone coming to class tonight? Please say yes or no the attendance and commitment to classes have been terrible this summer and is become a waste of time so please let me know if you are able to make to allow me To run more then a 3 person classes Thanks

Summer class schedule Due to lack of attendance Monday night will be cancel till further notice I am still offering private training Monday’s if you are interested let me know. Tuesday Body toning- 6:30pm Thursday Tabata-6:30pm... And Sunday class will very through the summer so instead of canceling it will be either Saturday or Sunday morning at 10am I will let you know a week in advance.
