I am so excited to start a new program for this January!!! This concept came to me after talking to a lot of clients and wanting to really start getting them the results they needed. NS EXPRESS are 30 minute classes that will start getting you the results you have been looking for. 30 minutes 3 times a week at 6:30 am. Here is why I so whole heartedly believe in these classes: 1. 30 minutes is doable in most people's minds especially when you are first starting out. 2. Y...ou will feel accomplished starting off your day and not have to worry about fitting in a workout after a busy day. 3. You will be part of a community that wants to you really hit your goals...we will literally be there doing this with you Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 4. Being committed 3 times a week will help you to really start seeing results. 5. You will be scheduling in time that is just for you!! 6. No leaving your house, having to find someone to watch your kids or joining a gym. 7. You will need minimal equipment...mat, light weights, comfortable clothing, ZOOM (easy to use and download) and a water bottle. 8. Working out 3 times a week can give you more energy, confidence, strength, mobility and a new outlook on what you can accomplish. 9. These classes are meant for ALL FITNESS LEVELS and you can literally make them as challenging as you want. 10. Finally you will know that you are committing to a healthier stronger version of you that will have a ripple effect on all aspects of your life.
