Was doing some bench testing today and also built a larger tool rest just for my shop work. Decided to start off 2019 with a Slow Motion video grinding some 1.5x.5 inch solid stock.....because who doesn’t love watching sparks fly!

When installing Aluminum drive wheels on a motor, it is extremely important that you don’t hammer or force your drive wheel onto the motor shaft. Forcing the drive wheel on will damage your motor and/or bearings. The Nexus NG-3 is a 272 belt grinder chassis is our direct motor mount setup. Our grinder allows any 1.5x1.5 tooling arm. All the wheels are 2-1/4 wide to comfortably accommodate 2 wide belts. The chassis is steel & welded for durability. Rugged (3 arm) steel chassis with slot and tab design all cut with a CNC laser for higher tolerances...
