This is true ... The event may have been shut off by the brain because it was to traumatic... but it still would have captured feelings ... So flashbacks may be exreme emotional termoil of a feeling memory .. We do a workshop to help ppl understand how this all works ... Sometimes we think we are crazy but really we are reliving trauma ... Your not alone!
