Well, first time ever not having to get permission to hunt because it was on My Land! Pretty neat to do that, but also pretty rusty. I think we forgot to do something on the first flight of birds. Was a great hunt and they worked fantastic with our simple little spread we set up last minute. Where would you aim?

This is one of the reasons we tend to see bear numbers rise where we target the old mature boars. Large male Black bear boars kill cubs as well so typically when we take a trophy black bear we are saving cubs. The department of natural resources has over population concerns with black bear in Saskatchewan.

We are with nature all year! This is how we keep busy in the summer if any of you are into horseback adventures, or if you know anyone that might be. Appreciate all of the shares
