Yes, it is a new day. Another start to a new work week and school week and one of 52 Mondays in a year to be thankful for and to enjoy. And remember that, you may not have control over your circumstances, but you can take control of how you view them and be happy. Have a great week.... #MondayMotivation #blackmomblog #motivationalquotes #instagram #stayathomemom#MotivationMonday #MondayBlue See more

Why have storytime or reading time with your kids? Or when you have other people's kids in your care? Reading bonds you to a child Reading increases a child's vocabulary Reading makes a child feel secured... Reading helps children feel loved And encourages positive behaviour. So, next time you read a story from a book to a child, you are not just reading words from a page, you are helping to shape a child's future. and it is a great investment. #storytime #storyteller #calgary #author #writers #childrensstories #kidsstories #picturebooks #storybook #readingwithkids #storybooks

Ever wondered why #children are my favourite people? When I am with them, I don't have to prove anything. They are plain, non-judgemental, they do not see colour, race or gender but they see people. They do not look at your Educational Status or even consider how well you speak!... They are drawn to love and kindness and can tell if a person is a fraud. No wonder the greatest teacher ever to walk this earth says we have to be like this angelic people. #blackmoms #momgoals #momscommunity #simplymothers #childrenarebeautiful #kids #kidsarefun #kidsactivities #funkids #yyckids #storytellingwithngozi #storyteller #storytime #writer #blackwriter #storytime #instagood

We remember the days of the week because they follow a pattern. If there is a disruption like it happened to me over the weekend, then, we lose track of the day of the week. And hasn’t the year being so disruptive that forgetting important stuff could be affecting many of us?... A quick-fix could be writing a to-do list with pen and paper or if you are tech-savvy, use an app on your device like Microsoft To Do or Google Tasks. You feel fulfilled when you get important stuff done. And you have your list to check things out when in doubt. Please place the list somewhere you can access easily to spare you the discomfort of asking: where is my list again? Have fun staying organized. #storytellingwithngozi #homeschooling #organized #planneraddict #stayorganized aijamums #abujamums #lekkimums #nigeriansabraod
