Electrician ran out of PVC pipe so he used Plumbing ABS. Also didn’t feel like drilling a new hole so they cheated by going threw incoming feed pipe. I’m not sure how this service passed even the main breaker was in the load side of panel. Careful who you hire you might have to pay to do the job over like this guy had too.
