We have long considered ourselves fortunate to be part of our patients' journey to grow their family and we feel privileged in the way that we deliver care be...fore COVID-19 and in the face of it. We love that our care model allows us to greet patients by name, have an appreciation for your unique path and to share in your vision for your family. During the uncertainty brought on by COVID-19, we have remained dedicated to providing our patients with one certainty we are still here by your side. Despite clinic operations being paused, we are here to answer your questions and support you during this time give us a call or send us an email, we look forward to hearing from you. We appreciate that the news and information surrounding COVID-19 are plentiful, so our approach is to touch base directly with each of you. We have asked patients to contact us with each cycle day 1 (or anywhere in between) so we can keep the lines of communication open to see how you are coping, answer your questions and update you on our clinic operations. We miss seeing our patients in the clinic and we want to resume some normal functioning as soon as we can. Rest assured we are following the daily developments of COVID-19 and regularly evaluating the details of when we will be able to see you again in the clinic. We recognize that COVID-19 is particularly hard for the fertility community, we know that each month matters when you are on this journey and as soon as it is safe for both patients and staff, we will open our doors with new norms. You will receive updates through our website and our regular communication directly with you in the meantime, if you need support, we are just a phone call away. Inspired by a conversation with a patient this week, and in the spirit Valentine's Day, this is a reflection of our patients' feedback to us regarding some of the things they love about our clinic.
