As promised. Three different lacing patterns to help with a few different foot problems. The first pic is not using the bottom two eyelets which will allow additional volume to the shoe toe box ex. bunions, neuroma, toe deformities etc. The second pic allows volume for the mid foot ex. high arches/instep, osteoarthritis and nerve impingements. The third pic is of the locking lace pattern for people with a narrow heel, one foot longer than the other and is popular with runners to help keep their laces tight during a long run.
