In class tonight, in honour of World Karate Day (which was yesterday) we did *100* kata! Things did not align for us to do the challenge yesterday during World Karate Day, but there's always next year!

Join Emily R and Sarah S on Oct 23rd at1200pm MDT (2PM EDT) on Zoom, and Instagram live for a discussion about gaslighting behaviour and domestic violence. They will discuss what gaslighting looks like, how to detect it, and most importantly - how to escape it. They will discuss our experiences with DV, how to create safety plans, the physical/mental effects of... DV/emotional abuse.. and how to find support and hope in the midst of abusive relationships. Sempai Sarah Jackson will be running in the Niagara Children's Centre Superhero Run to raise money in support of The Niagara Children's Centre. It's a virtual race this year, so if you see her running this Saturday, honk and wave!
